Making Private Waste Land Cultivable
- Large chunks of private lands are lying uncultivated due to various reasons in the project area. SST has evolved strategy to support families for developing their land resources by leveling them and adopting appropriate practices of cultivation.
- Infrastructure Creation for water harvesting like –Earthen check dams locally known as Paals or bandh (earthen dam), farm ponds on community lands for rainwater harvesting for groundwater recharge.
