Nai Pahal Programme
Nai Pahal is a program conceived after experience in Gotoli village of Tijara where infrastructure revamping was taken up with the financial support from a leading partner of SST i.e. SRF Ltd. The infrastructure was improved but sooner it is realized that without working with the community it is not really going to sustain. Realizing need of a structured program and scope of interventions in Mewat area SST decided to develop a new initiative under the name of Nai Pahal.
With a new initiative under the newly conceived “Nai Pahal Programme” SST has begun working with Government Primary, Upper Primary and envisages engagement in High Schools with a vision of transforming them into a millennium school of excellent education outcomes. 10 government schools have been taken up as pilot intervention with financial support from leading industries in their CSR. SST plans to take up 100 government schools and transform them into millennium school.

Realising need of a structured programme and scope of interventions in Mewat area SST decided to develop a new initiative under the name of Nai Pahal. The programme aims to transform Government primary and upper primary schools into schools of excellence which would be similar to any of the model private schools in the area in quality and learning outcomes. Based on the experience so far, it goes without saying that by improving overall ambiance of the schools, revamping of infrastructure, hygienic food in midday meal and making SMC and PTM functional would lead to a quality education in government schools also
